🏠 Residential Delivery Services

Lift Gate & Tailgate Assistance:

For freight shipments to residential addresses, a lift gate or tailgate service fee applies. You must select this option during checkout to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays. Without this service, you'll need equipment capable of unloading heavy freight items.

📦 Processing & Dispatch Schedule

Order Fulfillment Hours:

We process and prepare orders Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

Same-Day Dispatch:

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will be dispatched the same business day.

Next-Day Dispatch:

Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM CST will be prepared and dispatched the following business day.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll ship it within 1 business day after it's restocked. You'll receive notification within 1 business day if we're unable to fulfill your order.

Standard Shipping:

We deliver to all addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Special Locations:

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands require special arrangements. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and pricing.

Address Verification:

All shipments are sent exclusively to the address provided during checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they're in transit.

Typical Transit:

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for destinations in the lower 48 states.

📍 Shipment Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive an email containing:

  • A valid tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

↩️ Return Shipping Procedures

Authorization Required:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Houston Engine Land. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Freight Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight charges for defective items.

Return Packaging Requirements:

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Include a copy of the original invoice inside the package
  • Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
