For freight shipments to residential addresses, a lift gate or tailgate service fee applies. You must select this option during checkout to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays. Without this service, you'll need equipment capable of unloading heavy freight items.
We process and prepare orders Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will be dispatched the same business day.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Houston Engine Land. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight charges for defective items.
