You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

• ✓ Remains in original, unopened packaging
• ✓ Has not been installed, used, or modified
• ✓ Shows no signs of damage or disassembly
• ✓ Includes all original components and documentation

🚚 Return Shipping

• • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
• • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

💰 Fees & Refunds

• • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, plus original outbound and return freight charges
• • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• • Contact us immediately upon delivery
• • Provide photos of the damage or defect
• • We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund
