When We Ship

• Under normal circumstances, we ship the same business day on all orders placed before 12pm Central Standard Time.
• Orders placed after 12pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
• Out of stock items will be shipped 1 business day after stocking. No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charges, as these items will still be shipped according to the method originally requested in the purchase order.
• You will be notified within 1 business day by email if we are unable to complete your order.

Where We Ship

• We only ship to the address on file.
• For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Virgin Islands, buyers should contact us before making the purchase.

Order Processing & Handling Time

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) ship the same business day.
  
• Items ship within 1 business day after restocking.

Delivery time

Delivery typically occurs in:

• 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Transit times vary by carrier, destination, weather conditions, and freight classification.

Tracking number
A valid tracking number will be emailed after shipping. 

Returns
The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items, and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.
The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have an RA number or Return Authorization number from Houston Engine Land before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse with an RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
